How we work in partnership with you

We actively work to collaborative with parents, carers, and commissioners, such as local authority inclusion teams, SEND leads, virtual schools, and education welfare officers that refer or fund our placements.

This ensures that every learner receives the right support, in the right setting, and at the right time.

Co-Designed Placements

Building trust through shared ownership

Working in partnership means that every placement is constructed around the individual learner, not a one-size-fits-all package.

At Endeavour Hub, our team collaborate with parents, carers, and a range of professionals, agencies, and commissioners on everything from personalised learning plans and therapeutic or wellbeing interventions, to academic and vocational pathways, and review and reintegration strategies. This ensures each placement meets the student’s assessed needs, local authority expectations, and desired outcomes.

Ensuring sustainability & reintegration

Partnership working ensures placements are purposeful, whether short-term for reintegration or longer-term for qualification routes.

Commissioners benefit from reduced NEET (not in education, employment, or training) statistics and stronger post-16 transitions, while learners benefit from stability and progress.

Demonstrating Impact

Open communication & reporting

Our open communication channels help resolve challenges early and keep all stakeholders informed. At Endeavour Hub we maintain consistent dialogue through regular multi-agency meetings, case reviews and progress updates, and direct contact with key-workers or education officers, continually building trust and shared ownership of outcomes.

Shared goals allow us to work with commissioners toward the same measurable outcomes of academic progress, personal growth, and successful reintegration or onward transition. By providing clear, data-driven reporting, commissioners are able to demonstrate impact and value-for-money while ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
