What we offer

The Endeavour Hub offers tailored education and wellbeing support for children and young people aged 7–16. We focus on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and academic achievement through a structured, supportive approach.

Our goal is to help each young person rediscover their motivation and love for learning.

Empowering Young People

Who do we support?

At The Endeavour hub, we’re able to support children and young people aged 7–16, who find mainstream school difficult to access. This includes students who have been permanently or temporarily excluded from mainstream school, who struggle with emotional, social, or mental health challenges, have medical or anxiety-related barriers to attendance, or who need smaller class sizes and/or personalised support.

We offer truly personalised and flexible support plans, developed in partnership with schools and local authorities, that can provide support ranging from mentoring sessions or short-term placements for reintegration into mainstream school, to longer-term placements to complete qualifications before progressing to college, training, or employment.

Tailored Learning

Our curriculum & activities

We offer tailored curriculums for primary and secondary children and young people across key stages 2-4 (years 3–11). By blending a wide range of core academic subjects, creative, personal and professional development, practical and vocational learning experiences, and career readiness, we ensure that every student receives a balanced, engaging, and inspiring education. Physical activity and sports are a regular part of our timetable, alongside enrichment and reward days that include rock climbing, cinema trips, bowling, shopping excursions, and meals out. Daily refreshments and lunch are provided for all students.

What’s more, students have the opportunity to achieve a range of recognised qualifications, including GCSEs, functional skills in english and maths, and vocational qualifications and awards. Each student’s pathway is tailored to their ability, goals, and next steps.

Unlocking Potential

Learning & assessment platform

BKSB (Basic Key Skills Builder) is an online learning and assessment platform that helps learners improve essential English, maths, and digital skills through personalised study and progress tracking. It is widely used in alternative education and support settings to boost confidence and academic achievement through structured, tailored pathways.

Personalised skills assessments inform tailored learning pathways, individualised programmes of interactive lessons and practice activities. Flexible learning, through BKSB’s multimedia resources, can be accessed online from the Hub’s digital learning space or independently, reinforcing confidence and self-directed learning — a key component of The Endeavour Hub’s approach to re-engaging learners.

Educators and support staff can use BKSB’s reporting tools to track progress and tailor support and, for learners working towards qualifications, BKSB builds confidence by offering regular progress checks and clear evidence of development.
